The beginning of April marks the start of the spring transformation. Familiar paths offer a new landscape. The trees are bare, but sprigs of green are showing. The transformation is rapid. One day you can see through the woods, and a week later winter views begin to disappear. Green is a different shade in the spring, cooler and more blueish. There are new photos everywhere in the woods.
